Christiana provides oversight of contract and legal issues for the project and is a member of the User Engagement Team. She has provided contracting and stakeholder engagement support to multiple CEC grant awards. Her expertise as a legal counsel is founded on legal experience for both private and public entities in California. She also has a broad background in natural resource management and energy policy, allowing her to understand the strategic direction of the program. She has expertise in stakeholder engagement through her experience working at the interface of markets, policy, and organizations. Christiana holds a JD from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific.
